How We Keep It Honest

We only call a place kosher when a certifier stands behind it, and we name that certifier on every listing. Kosher status can change, so we show the date we last checked. Owners choose whether to show a street address or a Jewish-owned tag, and nobody gets that tag unless they ask for it.
